Get help setting specific SMART life goals, and the support to achieve them. Meet for regular sessions to start planning effectively towards reaching your goals. Three clear action steps will be created by the end of the trial session. We will also begin building your tracking/management system to meet your goals!

What you get each session:
Help identifying specific life goals/projects that you would like to accomplish
Clarifying your goals, selecting the ones that are most achievable
A specific plan to help achieve said goal, notifications/reminders to support your goal(s)
Digital planning support for personal events (e.g. birthday parties, themed parties, moving days, travel planning) if connected to your goals
Support with a step-by-step plan through a productivity tool (e.g. Notion, Trello)
Intentional listening and encouragement
Accountability on your goals/projects
We will meet on Zoom, Google Meets or in person (if you are in Hong Kong).
Trial sessions are one-off and non-committal. After that, you can select 4 to 20 hours monthly package sessions to help you reach your goals.
Monthly package commitment lengths:
4 1hr sessions (standard) - One session per week
8 1hr sessions - Two sessions per week
12 1hr sessions - Three sessions per week
20 1hr sessions* (good for long-term needs) - Two sessions per week for four months
