I'm Lois, a certified life coach, creative writer, and systems-builder based in Hong Kong. I've spent years building frameworks for how things work, and I bring that same intentional thinking to every coaching relationship.

Coming soon: Project Completion Intensive

(1.5 hr sessions - 4 Weeks)

The first 4 Week 'Project Completion Intensive' in which I will coach up to three people to accomplish a specific project goal we set together. You can choose to do it in a group or individually.

The first cohort of the Project Completion Intensive package will be on a pay as you can basis with further details to be shared personally when you sign up!
